Santa Claus
When Santa isn’t busy making his list and checking it twice, he loves spending time in the stables with the reindeer, giving them treats and brushing their coats to a gleam.
Santa loves a cup of hot chocolate on a cold day. But really, all he wants is for the children of the world to be filled with holiday cheer, which is why meeting children with Mrs. Claus is his favorite part of the holidays.
Santa is very grateful to the Elves in the Zoom Department for using their Christmas magic to make it possible to meet all of you virtually this year. It’s new and exciting!

Mrs. Jessica Claus
Anyone can tell you, without Mrs. Claus, the North Pole couldn’t run - especially around the holidays.
When it’s close to the Big Day, you can find Mrs. Claus checking in on the elves, keeping the decorations festive, or whipping up a batch of her world-famous cookies.
Mrs. Claus loves making everyone’s day a little brighter. But most of all, she loves spending time with Santa and the children they get to meet together.
This year, Mrs. Claus has lent a helping hand to the Elves in the Zoom Department to make everything as cozy and cheery as possible, and she is very impressed by what they’ve accomplished with their hard work!
Effie Greenglow
Effigenia "Effie" Greenglow had always dreamed of working for Santa in his workshop and she finally got her wish on her fiftieth birthday!
Effie was one of the youngest elves to ever be appointed a coveted position in Santa's workshop. She started as a Toy Maker, was promoted multiple times over the years, and held her last position as Head of the Outreach Department for approximately seven centuries. There, she joined Santa on all of his Meet-and-Greet tours!
This year she was asked to join the Zoom Department and she is absolutely thrilled to welcome all of you to the North Pole.
Effie's favorite color is blue, her favorite Christmas movie is The Muppet Christmas Carol, her favorite Christmas song is Carol of the Bells, and her favorite cookies are double chocolate chip!
Fezlin Spritzwinter
Fezlin “Fez” Spritzwinter was born on July 25th 1435 to Betsy and Billiam Spritzwinter.
As a young elf, Fezlin loved snowball fights, sledding, and watching the reindeer practice flying drills. He was the under-secretary of navigation on that fateful night when Rudolph saved Christmas. He’ll still talk about that event to anyone who will listen.
Before moving to the Zoom Department, Fezlin was Head of Collectibles and Memorabilia, bringing nostalgia and Christmas cheer to the young at heart.
His favorite Day of Christmas is Seven Lords-a-Leapin’, his favorite Christmas Movie is Jingle All the Way, his favorite Christmas Song is N’SYNC’s Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays and his favorite Christmas cookies are his Aunt Seesa’s Green Spritz cookies
