You will be greeted by an elf who will set you up for success by preparing you and your child for their visit. This includes having Christmas lists ready, participating in the annual cookie survey, and selecting the perfect Christmas song to pull Santa from his busy workshop schedule to meet your child. Once Santa and Mrs. Claus arrive, the elf will depart to prepare the next visit. Santa and Mrs. Claus will play games, listen to Christmas wishes, and answer all of your north pole questions. The visit wraps up with a classic photo opportunity that’ll make next year's Christmas card merry and bright.

Visits last from 15 to 20 minutes with an Elf introduction, preparation, and meeting with Mr. and Mrs. Claus.

With a Team Santa Virtual visit, there are no long lines while muzak versions of christmas songs play in the background, no mixing of smells from a dozen fast food restaurants. You get to meet Santa from the comfort of your own home, in your festive Christmas PJs, and be assured that Santa, Mrs., and the Elves have taken the time to thoroughly go over the naughty & nice list to everything about whom we are meeting with.

As many can fit on your computer screen. However, the more children per visit, the less individual attention each child will receive.

You can rebook up to twelve hours in advance for any available slot.

Upon booking a visit, there is a form where you can add any number of personalized information about the child, ie. name, age, name of their Elf on the Shelf, how Santa enters your home, and any other pertinent family traditions.

Your elf will walk you through how to record the Zoom call to a laptop or desktop computer during your preparations before meeting the big man.

Visits with Team Santa are for kids from 1 to 92, and we aren’t firm either age limit.

Yes! One of the benefits of a virtual visit is that friends and family from anywhere with an internet connection can join in the festivities. You will simply share your Zoom meeting link with interested parties once you have received it upon signing up. We simply ask that any observers stay muted so that the child can get the full Team Santa experience.
